Xocai, was started out of Reno, Nevada and was founded by Andrew and Jeanette Brooks. Xocai markets several chocolate health products based on the ingredients of unprocessed cacao and acai berries.
The products exist as chocolate snacks or nuggets as well as bars that contain powerful antioxidant properties of both cocoa and acai. People who have testified for Xocai, claim that the products have alleviated headaches, arthritis and inflammation systems after only brief periods of consumption.
Researchers recommend that if we obtain on a daily basis at least 5,000 ORAC, our bodies in most cases will be able to fight off the damaging effects of free radicals, which contribute to aging, cell damage, and a host of illnesses and diseases. The ORAC value of a “single serving” of Xocai products range from 3,120 to 8,840 ORAC value.
What you take into your body determines how your body will function. A functional food or beverage provides our body the phytonutrients, minerals, vitamins, fiber, essential fatty acids, and even protein we need to improve the quality of lives. Antioxidants are supplements to a lifestyle which includes a proper nutritious diet with daily exercise. It takes a joint effort of diet and exercise and the appropriate antioxidants to maximize our health potential.
The Xocai MLM home business does also offer next to their healthy chocolate products the potential to make money. If you enjoy consuming chocolate and are looking for a work from home opportunity, then the Xocai business could be the right fit for you.
The Xocai compensation plan at first appears to be a little difficult to understand. It is a binary compensation plan that pays you on unlimited depth. You only have to sponsor 2 people, one on each leg to qualify for commissions on your entire group. Since you get paid on unlimited depth you can stack people on your right and left side to infinity.
I would say that starting and growing a Xocai home business could be a good opportunity if someone knows how to effectively use the telephone, the Internet, the written word and other effective marketing tools. It’s a real business, but like any other business, success will be determined by the skill-set of the marketer.
If someone doesn’t have the first clue on how to market effectively, then I would suggest that they should either learn the skills of effectively marketing, or else just become a product user and enjoy the benefits of the healthy chocolate.

The benefits of incorporating are numerous; personal asset protection, retirement fund allocation, durability, capital raising facilities, credit rating, multiple ownership and tax benefits. Yet, many entrepreneurs, upper tax bracket individuals and other small business owners fail to incorporate appropriately and protect themselves and their most prized accomplishments. In the United States, corporations are legal entities recognized as people. They can be filed as varying structures such as non profit organizations, profit organizations, fictitious persons and the such. Furthermore, corporations can very well outlive their owners and do not by default have a termination or dissolution date such as partnerships and other legal entities. However, having decided to incorporate is not the only decision that must be made by a small business owner. Many other choices such as where to incorporate, what entity structure to take on and the means of incorporation must all be decided prior to choosing a snazzy name or office location.
A primary concern after having decided to incorporate is selecting a location. In the U.S. everyone has heard of Delaware as being the most typical successful and coveted place to incorporate, yet a standard rule of thumb is to select a location where you will conduct most of your business. Particularly if you have a smaller business that is unlike to expand outside of state limits. It’s important to note than afterwards, should you need to expand elsewhere, filing for a foreign corporation will allow you to do so very promptly and successfully. In other words, its is not necessary to incorporate in Delaware, Nevada or other typical states to run a mom and pop store in Kansas. In addition, should you decide to form an out of state corporation you will have to qualify to do business in your own state - and this is likely to result in having higher costs as well as paying state income tax. Therefore incorporating in corporate friendly states tends to favor large public companies.
The steps of incorporation tend to be simple and succinct. Most necessary legal documents can be filed within a few hours and some companies and attorneys are willing to incorporate your business overnight. Also, many do-it-yourself books exist in states making it easy to incorporate your business without a lawyer. Essentially, there are four choices that you can make when choosing to incorporate: you can decide to do it yourself, hire an incorporation service (via phone, online, mail), use an attorney, or hire a CPA.
There are three main categories of corporate entities. A standard C corporation, a s-corporation and an LLC. Which one you choose depends on how you do business, who the business owners are and how you wish to be taxed. It’s advisable to seek help from a certified public accountant or tax attorney prior to incorporating to determine the best entity for your business. All three types of entities offer personal liability protection as well as offer tax benefits. The main differences result from tax implications, shareholder rights and yearly legal filings. Several large incorporation services websites offer comprehensive tutorials and can also help you decide which corporate form suits your lines of business and interests.

When I was preparing to get married, the wedding checklist that came with the planner wasn’t enough, and scrambled to find another one elsewhere. This had saved me some much needed time, and also saved me to prevent from forgetting a few things that I may have forgotten until it was too late. I would have remembered them, but time would have been very tight as the wedding approached.
A good organized wedding checklist not only lists everything that you have to do, or at least that you might want to include, but it also gives you a good enough time frame. Some wait until it is much too late to order their bridesmaid dresses. A good wedding checklist will advise you to do it early enough for the order to come in, and to give you plenty of time for required alterations. It might tell you to do this six months before the actual wedding, where as many might wait until three months before and end up with a lot of problems. You should somewhat conclude that something will go awry, so giving yourself time is much better than cutting it close.
You might also want to see that a good wedding checklist advises you to do things that you never thought to do previously. Did you remember to speak with your DJ or live band about the selection of music? Did you organize what people will do between the ceremony and reception? Do you know where everyone should stay as far as hotels? Do you have gift bags for your guests that are from out of town? Did you give your wedding photographer a list of wanted poses? A sufficient wedding checklist would have all the important details, and a lot more. You can always find a few and do a comparison to which ever way you like.
You may think that you are having a simple wedding, and that you might not need a wedding checklist. That simply isn’t true. You should find one anyway. You can whittle it down to the things you need by going through the list and marking off the things you don’t want to do or don’t have to worry about. Not only will a good wedding checklist help you remember everything, it will also offer you some peace of mind. That voice at the back of your head that keeps reminding you something was forgotten will have quieted down. There’s nothing that compares to a relaxed bride and groom on their wedding celebration.

Depression.. or collapse of industrial system?
Why is there an underlying assumption that a market collapse and financial meltdown needs to be a bad thing? Doom and gloom is all the talk , as if the only positive thing is when the markets are going up. Many believe that increasing markets are ‘healthy’ and declining markets need ‘fixing’. Isn’t the idea of pure market capitalism that the markets determine the prices freely, i.e. what market participants are willing to (and can afford) to pay, not what sellers would like prices to be? Is it a question of what is vs. what should be? Every seller would like a higher price, but their dreams about higher prices are only justified by people willing to pay the price.
Short sellers have known for a long time the profits that can be made in declining markets. Catastrophe is opportunity; it is the birth of modern day fortunes such as Rockefellers and Morgans. These noble houses were not crafty geniuses who invented the cure for cancer, they were shrewd, well-informed executives who were at the right place at the right time, and they had the cash to strike.
In fact, it is much easier to profit from calamity than success, because of the predictability and calculability of crises . Success is more difficult to predict, and you do not have a measure of how successful a company can be. If a company goes IPO at $20 per share, and you expect them to increase, the price could go to $50 or $500 like Google. However, if you expect bankruptcy, you have a ground floor at zero. In addition, the statistics are in your favor, 95% of all businesses in USA fail . Knowing that, it makes sense statistically to bet on failure rather than success.
Stocks have the tendency to swing upwards less on hype than downwards on fear. Example, if there is a rumor that the FDA will approve a new drug for a drug company, it may increase by 5%. However, if the existing business vanishes due to a lawsuit because their latest drug has a terrible side effect, it could drop into oblivion and possibly bankrupt the company.
“You want to profit at the expense of others?”
First, short selling a company stock is not profiting at the expense of the company. In fact, if management proves a short seller wrong, a short seller can lose a lot in a short squeeze. Short squeezes account for large upswings in declining shares that otherwise might not exist. If a company is successful and the balance sheets are clean, there is no mechanism for a short seller to profit. Secondly, there are many other opportunities to make money in a collapse than short selling.
Commodities
The commodity boom has been obvious after the fact, but some, like Jim Rogers, were predicting it from the beginning. It is far from over if you can understand the basic fact that in a depression there is scarcity, and with scarcity comes increased demand and increased price. The commodity bubble is not a traditional bubble and commodities are not inflated, they are reverting to real prices based on demand. As global warming affects crops and real demand for hard commodities increases, there will be huge trading opportunities in the commodities markets .
Distressed equity
Companies hurt by a failing industrial system will turn to anyone with cash to keep the business afloat, and those investors can make hefty demands. There will be a fire sale of businesses and hard assets because they will be essentially worthless, as companies will face hard times to turn those assets into revenue . However, the assets are not worthless, so there will be a value play in purchasing distressed assets in many forms: equity, real estate, debt. Anyone who is financially desperate selling their family heirlooms on eBay understands there is someone getting value for 5 cents on the dollar.
Automated Trading Systems
As a contrast to investing, investors can place money in fully automated trading systems for any market. Elite E Services specializes in FX, but systems’ trading is very popular for futures, stocks, and almost any electronic market. The advantage of trading these systems is that it does not depend on market direction if the system is profitable. Of course, not all systems are good systems, so one must be very careful when evaluating them. However, a good system should perform consistently, and have an account protection to save the account from catastrophic drawdowns. Systems like this do exist, and there are rankings of such systems available on many websites. Short term systems have less risk of getting caught in choppy markets or losing the ability to predict trends over the medium or long term.
In a complex market environment, only an intelligent trading system can make dynamic decisions in seconds. As the markets become more volatile and complex, as indicated by a trend in the VIX,
A return to value
What has intrinsic value ? Artwork, no matter how creative, has no intrinsic value. Designer jeans, no matter how fashionable, have value the same as Levi 501 in terms of their use-value. In an inflated economy when money is pouring out of consumers wallets, they may pay any price for something with no value at all, such as a $1,000 pizza ; but that does not make a pizza worth more than the ingredients and labor.
A re-pricing of assets has begun, and a revaluation of money itself. A safe bet is to invest in anything that has intrinsic value. A power generator, no matter how ugly, can create energy and life. A vase from the Ming dynasty, no matter how beautiful, will not help freezing homeowners in the Northeast.
How bad is the collapse?
Walking around America, you may not notice much different, you may not notice a depression. Kids playing in parks, teens gathered around movie theaters, restaurants filled on a Friday night. Robert Waltenspiel has a different view. He recently won a rent-free year in a nice new house in an expensive subdivision not far from the HQ of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. The journal article continues:
“Daily life in these developments seems a bit post-cataclysmic. Children play on elaborate but empty playgrounds. They walk their dogs past rows of shiny houses that have never been lived in. Voices echo up and down the block. Unfinished houses and vacant lots strewn with construction debris clutter the horizon. The hot tub at the community center doesn’t work. The communal fountains are dry. Mr. Waltenspiel’s kids have no one in the subdivision to play with, so he has to take them to a nearby park for social interaction. His 4-year-old “will walk up to strange girls in the park and say, ‘Hey, will you be my friend?’ ” he says. “A, it’s adorable. B, it’s sad.” The people who bought into these subdivisions encounter all sorts of other unexpected problems, including burglars looking to steal toilets, appliances and copper wiring. And blight. Krista Anderson, an administrative assistant, lives in a subdivision outside Phoenix where the developer suddenly halted construction last fall, leaving behind not just unfinished houses but also scaffolding, piles of cement and construction material that “is turning yellow and looks bad.”Many residents aren’t sure exactly who is in charge of mowing the weeds, maintaining the street lights, cleaning up when someone uses open space as a dump.”
James Howard Kunstler said years ago that suburbia would be the slums of the future . His predictions were based on peak oil theory and it is doubtful that he expected this to happen so quickly.
The media would have us believe that we are nearing a bottom, the joke being that it’s a new bottom every week. But they aren’t painting even a small part of the true picture, and it’s not totally their fault. Government and other statistics that used to be reliable indications of the economy are now being ‘revised’. Similar to the corporate shuffle of junk to ‘level 3′ assets, now hard economic facts are being fiddled with. An economist John Williams has been tracking them for 25 years at his website.
Consumer spending is 70% of GDP and retail is hurting big:
“Ann Taylor closing 117 stores nationwide. Eddie Bauer to close more stores after closing 27 stores in the first quarter. Cache, a women’s retailer is closing 20 to 23 stores this year. Lane Bryant, Fashion Bug, Catherines closing 150 stores nationwide. Talbots, J. Jill closing stores. Talbots will close all 78 of its kids and men’s stores plus another 22 underperforming stores. The 22 stores will be a mix of Talbots women’s and J. Jill. Gap Inc. closing 85 stores. Foot Locker to close 140 stores. Wickes Furniture is going out of business and closing all of its stores. The 37-year-old retailer that targets middle-income customers, filed for bankruptcy protection last month. Levitz - the furniture retailer, announced it was going out of business and closing all 76 of its stores in December. The retailer dates back to 1910. Zales, Piercing Pagoda plans to close 82 stores by July 31 followed by closing another 23 underperforming stores. Disney Store owner has the right to close 98 stores. CompUSA (CLOSED). Macy’s - 9 stores closed. Movie Gallery - video rental company plans to close 400 of 3,500 Movie Gallery and Hollywood Video stores in addition to the 520 locations the video rental chain closed last fall as part of bankruptcy. Pacific Sunwear - 153 Demo stores closing. Pep Boys - 33 stores of auto parts supplier closing. Sprint Nextel - 125 retail locations to close with 4,000 employees following 5,000 layoffs last year. Ethan Allen Interiors: plans to close 12 of 300 stores to cut costs. Wilsons the Leather Experts - closing 158 stores. Bombay Company: to close all 384 U.S.-based Bombay Company stores. KB Toys closing 356 stores around the United States as part of its bankruptcy reorganization.”
It is not 1930
People fear depression like it is a plague; however, there are many differences between now and 1930. First, there is the internet, not only a resource for information and entertainment; it can be a source of income and solution for transportation issues. Second, technology in energy, housing, and food production exists today that is currently cheap and accessible, if a group or individual decides to unplug from the system it is possible, whereas in 1930 all you could do is plant a seed and hope it grows. Many people who don’t plan properly, of course, will end up in the same situation as those in 1930, however back then opportunities of today simply didn’t exist, if you were out of luck there was little you could do. Finally, we have a robust, efficient global marketplace that encompasses real trade and finance. Entire countries could cease to exist while individual trading posts could carry on commerce independent of their physical location. Of course, those who are prepared mentally and in business will reap the rewards; others will face a very harsh fate. Corporate refugees from the cities will be psychologically incapable of dealing with real crises while ’survivalists’ who are already living in a more dynamic environment will face these problems with little regard .
One could live debt free almost anywhere you can afford as long as there is power (which could be purchased with Solar panels) and internet and lead almost any life one chooses. It may be a bit lonely in suburbia due to a diminishing vacancy, but the place of life is a personal choice, how to structure it is clear: live in the 19th century with the amenities of the 21st.
Post Industrial Shift
What is happening to the economy is not a ‘depression’ and it is not the ‘end of the world.’ It is a major generational, historic shift from an industrial economy to a post-industrial economy. The industrial economy is not sustainable, and it is collapsing. Post-industrial life will flourish more and more as the industrial world collapses. Industry is not a factory it is a way of thinking and a culture. Farming has become industrial in this century, with the use of petroleum-based fertilizers and gas powered machinery and monoculture crop raising. Therefore, if you are an industrial business it is the end of the world for you, time to sing your swansong. This is not a new concept; however we are now seeing the beginning of the shift in the financial markets. Smart money is flowing into commodities because it has value, not for any other reason.
A debt-based monetary system, with the USD as the reserve, is financially, mathematically, unsustainable . Financiers and central bankers at the top are ‘borrowing from Peter to pay Paul’ which can keep the system running for another few months but essentially makes the debt problem worse. Every year, more debt needs to be issued just to service interest payments on previous debt. Therefore, each year more and more money needs to be issued into the system exponentially, which is a bubble that must eventually burst. It is not a question of if, but when.
The meat
Elite E Services is not a group of philosophers or new age gurus, EES develops automated trading systems for the FX market and advises clients on investments. As such, we are interested in the pure economics of the situation. As with many historical shifts, a changing economy means a different way of life and a different thinking. Society has been spoiled over the last 50 years with cheap oil and a relatively stable USD which backed the world economy; that is no more. Anyone should seriously examine things for what they are, not what they should be, or what they hope things to be. Hope will not pay your mortgage or feed your family, nor will the government (who is facing an exponentially increasing debt burden).
Invest in things that have intrinsic value such as Agriculture and Commodities. EES promotes the investment into automated trading systems, because they can be tweaked and used on other markets (a EUR/USD system may work on Gold or even Oil). The development and trading of black box trading systems has intrinsic value.
The FX market will always exist unless there is a one-world government or a nuclear holocaust, both very unlikely scenarios. Other markets however can become extremely illiquid or regulated. As long as we have internet and power, we can trade FX. So aside from investing in energy generation equipment, so called ‘vice’ investments (alcohol, tobacco, and gambling) which typically do well during tough economic times, EES recommends investing in trading systems that can be traded for short term profits no matter what the state of the economy.
A managed FX account can be opened with as little as $1,000. Clients can login to www.eesfx.com and download totally free FX trading systems, which they can trade on a demo earesults.com

Illegal immigration is a leading factor in identity theft, causing damaged credit ratings, invalid tax claims, denial of medical and social services, and other negative consequences. Workplace raids taking place across the country are greatly reducing these negative consequences, however nowhere near eliminating the threat to society. So when I hear about the people that are pro-immigration, I surely hope they are referring to legal immigration because their identities are at risk!
“We believe that the genuine identities of possibly hundreds of US citizens are being stolen or hijacked by criminal organizations and sold to illegal aliens in order to gain unlawful employment in this country,” said Julie Myers, assistant secretary of Customs Enforcement. She called it “a disturbing front in the war against illegal immigration.”
Behind many of the nation’s millions of undocumented workers is someone else’s sensitive information. To get a job, all the illegal immigrants need is a Social Security number, in which they often borrow or buy. Hundreds of thousands of Americans right now are sharing their identities with illegal immigrants and don’t even know it. The mere thought of having to pay taxes on income I never earned, for a company I never worked for, simply scares me to no end.
Every year, nearly 9 million people pay their taxes using the wrong Social Security number. The name used on W-2 tax forms used by the employer doesn’t match the name on file with the Social Security Administration. All it takes is a data entry typo, a woman getting married and forgetting to report her new last name (which happens more than not) or an illegal immigrant using someone else’s SSN to gain employment.
You might ask who all of these people are that are using the wrong SSN? Neither Social Security nor the IRS has ever really studied this particular issue too much; however there are clear indications that many, if not most, of the 9 million mismatches are illegal immigrants using a SSN that does not belong to them-which is not comforting one single bit.
One disturbing theory: health-care employees with access to children’s files are working for organized gangs that trade in illegal documents and are willing to pay richly for the data. What, now we shouldn’t trust the sweet lady behind the desk of our pediatricians office? “We have a major problem with workers in medical offices stealing patients’ identities, selling them and making a direct profit,” Sergeant James Bracke of the Phoenix Police Department told authors of the Arizona report. Brackle then goes on to say that, “the gangs can afford these bribes because identity theft has become such a big business. In Phoenix, “coyotes,” the smugglers who lead illegal immigrants over our borders, have created a network of phony-document producers and safe houses where undocumented workers can wait until they get their fraudulent papers.” If anyone doesn’t think this is a serious issue now, I believe we have an enormous problem with denial.
Americans who have their identity stolen by these gangs are in for disasterous of a mess. Among the complaints filed with the FTC is that of a man arrested for a crime committed by an illegal alien who had stolen his identity. The IRS has given a woman, who was a stay-at-home mother, a $1 million back-tax bill. (This is what I was talking about earlier when I said it scared me half to death paying taxes on income I never made) And of course, an investigation later found that 218 illegal aliens were using her Social Security number. A Los Angeles police detective-who, ironically, worked in the department’s fraud bureau-was unable to buy a home because of bills piled up by an illegal immigrant who stole his Social Security number to gain employment at a processing plant. Then the IRS served the cop with a bill for $40,000 in back taxes; when he protested, the agency threatened to send his case to collection. Seriously, can you even imagine? If you think your credit is messed up now, how about adding the $40K debt to it.
Not every mismatched SSN belongs to a real living person, and in fact, it appears many are chosen at random. Some belong to the deceased; others are entirely fictitious. One study showed thousands of entries using obvious fakes, such as 123-45-6789 or 999-99-9999. This baffles me as to how the crime isn’t caught right there on the spot? Are people just not paying attention or do they just not care? Car dealerships and bank employees say they’ve witnessed numerous examples of customers who apply for accounts and have multiple names connected to their Social Security numbers. Privacy rules prevent the employee from warning the customer. Talk about an issue of morale. I would not want to be in the shoes of those employees, especially if I, or a loved one had been a victim of identity theft, knowing the turmoil it caused them.
The FTC’s latest statistics report that the top five states in terms of reported identity theft in 2007 all have large immigrant populations-the border states of Arizona, California, Texas, Florida and Nevada. People who steal legitimate identities in these states are much more likely to use them to gain employment unlawfully, opposed to other regions of the country.
Victims often don’t have any idea they’re sharing their identity with an illegal immigrant, because there’s really no way to find out. Victims only find out when they receive a statement for unpaid taxes or bills or are being harassed by debt collectors. Social Security won’t tell you if someone else is using your SSN. (You would think you would be entitled to know that) The extra earnings don’t end up on your annual Social Security statement, because they are designated to the Earnings Suspense File instead. The misuse isn’t revealed in personal credit reports either. If somebody uses your SSN to get a credit card or car loan, the nation’s credit bureaus create a new credit file instead of alerting you to the misuse. This just makes me furious and questions why laws aren’t put in place for situations like these already.
I believe we need to take Arizona’s lead with fighting back against identity theft. A new law of the state makes it a felony to use the identity of another person to obtain a job. (Shouldn’t this punishment exist in all states?) I have been to “community shred-a-thons” which gives people a chance to destroy outdated financial records and other documents that might provide information to identity thieves. I do know that the BBB holds these “shred-a-thons” from time to time; however, having each particular business or corporation particpate in order to protect their employees is genius in my eyes, not only does it show that they actually care about their people, but that they realize the seriousness of identity theft.
As Alan Wolfe wrote in One Nation, After All, the difference between legal and illegal immigrants “is one of the most tenaciously held distinctions in middle-class America; the people with whom we spoke overwhelmingly support legal immigration and express disgust with the illegal variety.” Among all of the other issues with illegal aliens, I am most certain that the growth of identity theft that is connected to illegal immigrants has something to do with this very mind set that Wolfe is speaking of.

I’ve written about this before, but I’m revisiting this topic again, because I can’t emphasize this enough:
You need to KISS, when it comes to copywriting.
KISS is an acronym for “Keep It Simple Stupid.”
There are several theories about its origin, but I first heard of it many years ago when I began my sales career.
Basically, the KISS principle is a maxim invoked as a reminder to avoid unnecessary complexity.
For example, when dealing with a problem, there exists a frequent tendency toward complexification that can lead toward solutions that are far more burdensome than the problem itself, or clever solutions that don’t handle unusual cases within that problem domain.
The KISS principle is a suggestion to avoid both. According to KISS, the method used should be as simple and straightforward as possible.
This especially applies to copywriters.
If we’re not disciplined, it’s easy to get lost in our own words and ego’s.
However, copywriting isn’t about impressing readers with your astonishing vocabulary - quite the contrary. You should always write for the common man or woman.
Because whether you realize it or not, you’re on the clock with readers. Tick, tick, tick. Don’t bore them into clicking away.
Did you know that the Wall Street Journal is written so that it can be understood by readers with an eighth-grade education?
It’s true. When you read this highly respected business publication, you’ll find that potentially unfamiliar terms are always explained within an article and repeatedly defined from one issue to the next.
Also, article sentence structures are simple, not complex.
The editors of The WSJ know that simplicity and clarity are more important in communicating effectively than impressing their readers with an overly sophisticated vocabulary and writing style.
Copywriters can learn a valuable lesson from the editors of the WSJ.
That lesson is, when you’re communicating with prospects - Keep It Simple!
Write so most seventh or eighth graders will understand what you’re saying. Use five cent words instead of five dollar words.
Don’t try to write like an English teacher. Write the way you speak.
In closing, “Dumb down” your copy. It may be the smartest and most lucrative thing you’ll ever do.

The main thing you need is a computer with a relatively fast internet connection. You will also need an email address and some spare time to actually work. If you are reading this article you already have the computer and the internet connection. Even if you do not have an email address, which is hard to believe nowadays, there are several websites where you can get an email account for free. Most of the websites like Google, Yahoo or MSN offer big storage spaces if you have an email address with them. If you already have an email account it is a good idea to set up a different account that you use only for your data entry job. Since this is a work at home position, it is a good idea not to mix your business emails with your personal ones. So if you have all these there is practically no investment you have to make except for the one time fee for joining the program. This fee is most likely refundable during a period of 30 days or sometimes even more.
Apart from the spare time, which if you think about it you can find it no matter how busy you are, you will need patience and discipline. These are also free so your initial investment is still low or close to none. Patience and discipline are two qualities you need to have even if you work at home or you work in an office or somewhere else. A discipline in a work at home position is important because working at home might be a little risky. The risk lies in the fact that while working at home you might be tempted to take longer breaks, postpone starting working and thus working less hours than you would normally work. Even if you work at home in the data entry business you still have to work a few hours a day if you want to have a good income. To be able to be successful in the data entry field or similar work at home jobs you will need to invest in a printer if you don’t already have one. Also you will be required to have a word processor with spell check. To advertise yourself think about printing some business cards which you can distribute around. How much you earn and how quickly you excel in the data entry business it depends solely on you.

Who is Ann Sieg? Should you spend your hard earned money on her materials? Is her free book, the 7 great lies of network marketing worth your time? Is she just a copy cat who is shamelessly tarnishing the network marketing industry?
Here’s the simple, frank truth about Ann Sieg.
If you have surfed anything related to network marketing, I am sure you have come across this popular ad “secrets about Network marketing your upline won’t tell you”. There is no one behind that ad other than Ann Sieg herself. Ann Sieg shares her escapades in the mlm industry. Having failed miserably for about 20 years, she claims that she finally discovered the secret and wants to share it with frustrated network marketers. The secret that has branded her as the most forward looking leader in the network marketing industry. If you want to know more about Ann Sieg, you can get it from three main sources:
The 7 great lies of network marketing, a 35 page free e-book revealing the greatest cover ups in the history of network marketing.
The Renegade Network Marketer e-book; which comes with a renegade system. Due to public demand, this book is now available in physical format.
The Renegade Marketing Team. Ann Sieg prides in her renegade team of associates and actually confesses that it is this mastermind team which helped her put up her empire. How have people reacted to Ann Sieg’s materials?
Just like any product, her materials have received both criticism and praise. To some people, it is rather an eye opening message which helps them to build their businesses with integrity without hype, a few ask for a refund for different reasons and yet others go on the defensive and start accusing her. But the honest truth about Ann Sieg and her materials in just two words is this; ” Massive Success”. She is building a team of professionals from different network marketing companies. She believes that these professionals will take over the whole network marketing industry in the near future and hopefully return the glory back to the network marketing Industry. She teaches her team on how to use the consultative approach and help people meet their needs. What is it about Ann sieg that leaves a really nasty taste in the mouth?
These are the Top 3 Reasons..
She calls people liars. We all know that no one likes being accused openly. To make matters worse, she claims that there are secrets uplines are not telling their downlines. In all fairness, most uplines are dedicated to help their downlines and they don’t know any other way. Such people will be offended.
Uplines no longer have power and Gurus are losing money. Most distributors no longer buy motivational materials and CD’s. Hundreds of others no longer go for hotel meetings and conventions. In a nut shell, she has made many people rebels. She is defying the old system where the upline had to hold your hand to succeed.
Change is always resisted. As a matter of fact, most networkers are naive. They don’t know true marketing strategies. They sincerely believe that to succeed, you just need to share products. So, they will jump to defend what they have always known and trusted.
So what is the whole truth about Ann Sieg? Is she a Guru or a scam?
From my personal experience, Ann Sieg is a wonderful entrepreneur with a deep desire to help people. The ads may be mean but that is simply marketing. The aim of an ad is to get a click and that is what Ann does. Unlike most network marketers out there, Ann Sieg never attacks any one in particular. She just uses sweeping statements and I always wonder why a few individuals want to own up.She could be a copycat but as the Bible says, “there is nothing which is new under the sun”.
For those who are open minded, those tired of harassing friends and family for their biz, those who wish to separate their social lives from their businesses, for those who wish to profit as they prospect, for those willing to implement her strategies, then Ann’s book is a MUST have. The mere $67 dollars she asks for her book is worth thousands of dollars.

Web Content Management Systems, or WCMS, have revolutionised the way websites are now being built and maintained.
It used to be the case that a static website was the only option available for anybody wanting to advertise their services or products upon the internet. This gave rise to the ‘brochure website’, which invariably was just that; an online brochure. This was a set of web pages linked together with minimal user interaction. In fact, the only interaction would be navigating one’s way around the website.
These would be coded in HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and if you had no knowledge of HTML then you’d be paying somebody to do it for you. This also meant that every time you wanted to make a change to the website, or update content in any shape or form, however minor, you’d once again be paying somebody else for the privilege.
But the world of web coding refused to stand still and what was once the standard now seems archaic with the releases of newer versions of HTML; XHTML and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets); the purpose of the latter being to separate the presentation of the website from the content itself, resulting in a much leaner code.
Then came the dynamically generated websites using languages specifically written for tighter integration with web servers, such as PHP (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) or Microsoft’s own ASP (Active Server Pages) and ASP.NET.
It is the development of these languages that has given the rise to what is known as Web 2.0, and greater interactivity upon the World Wide Web.
Different platforms were created to open up the internet via forums, and eventually blogging, and social media sites. This enabled people with little technical nouse to actively alter what they viewed on a website or, indeed, contribute their own content.
Which brings us to Content Managed Websites and their benefits.
Content Management Systems were developed for the purpose of the easy management of content. In essence, content is defined as a unit of digital information. This might be text, images, video, documents, sound, animations… anything that can be managed electronically.
The idea of the content management system has been applied successfully to websites, which has handed freedom and complete control back to the owner on how their website is maintained.
It is usually the case that a web developer will build the site around the CMS, applying a template so that each and every page carries the theme of the design. This is then handed back to the client and with just a modicum of training (next to no technical know-how is required) they are then free to place the content into the site however they see fit.
The real beauty of a content managed website is that fact that once the initial pages are in place, the user is then free to chop and change, or create additional pages whenever and as often as they like. And for no extra cost.
In a time when it is important to keep a frequently updated website for the purposes of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), WCMS have eliminated the need for third-party involvement in site maintenance making them the most cost-efficient form of web platform there is.
And therein lies the real benefit.
